Superforming
Superforming is the latest in manufacturing aluminium. the basic concept is the same as Vacuum Forming plastics but instead of a vacuum; pressure is used. Firstly the aluminium sheet is heated to 400-500 degrees Celsius. Then with extreme air pressure the heated sheet is forced into a negative of the mould.
